Challenge
- Build a nationwide telephone system with over 50 telephone numbers and the capability to handle hundreds of users which are completely connected via desk phone and mobile application.
- The phone system must include support on-demand programming and training which will help onboard users
- Make sure the system can be preprogrammed to automatically route based on timeframes.
- We do not want any contracts and we need the ability to change our service plan monthly or quarterly.
- We want the ability for the phone bills to be divided into the different phone numbers and the associated states.
- We need the users to have user rights and manager rights to the phone system web portals.
- The system should have the ability for text messaging with every phone number.
