Users of the mobile applications can receive calls at their extension regardless of location, as long as the mobile device has a connection to the internet. When managing a mobile application it’s helpful to understand how to make sure your mobile device is getting the best internet connection possible.
When you’re at home or office you should be connected to your WiFi network. When your mobile device is at the home or office your WiFi settings are on and your mobile device has the best connection to the internet possible. Once you leave and go outside, it is good practice to turn your WiFi settings off. When you’re outside you want your device to use the mobile data, you dont want it to be seeking and trying to connect to the various WiFi networks that are possibly available. Many smartphones have the enable WIFI calling option. When WIFI calling is enabled on your smartphone, it will automatically switch to the best available network (Wifi or Cellular). Therefore, when you’re aware that you will not be connected to WiFi, turn the WiFi off.

Work from Home (WFH)
Remote workers can use our mobile application while on the road, in the office, or at the beach. This gives the remote staff the full capabilities of the phone system. Features like transfer and conference enable you to participate in business calls anyplace there is an internet connection. Mobile Phone Number Migration
It is common for someone to start a business using a cell phone. Then the owner/operator has a cell phone as the main business number, sometimes the personal cell phone becomes the main business phone number. For example, if the owner has a service business, and someone needs to be “on call” for the weekend the owner needs to give someone the cell phone for the weekend, or whenever they need coverage. We have seen business owners and staff driving to locations to meet to make this exchange. Another main issue with one cell phone is that only one person can answer the main business line. We solve this problem by porting your number to our data centers, deploying our free mobile application onto multiple smartphones and route the calls accordingly. We can even set up a schedule and automate the business process.
Temporary Staff
When you need extra coverage, even it its temporary, deploy our mobile application. We can use the time frame feature and schedule coverage when needed. During tax season, we have accountants and bookkeepers maing great use of this feature.
