March 11, 2022How much money is lost when your POS transactions And voice calls cannot perform?
January 25, 2023Beasley Legacy Heating and Air was established in 2015 and is a family owned and operated business who services all of Wake County and Johnston County. Johnnie Beasley is the owner of the business and has taught and trained many family members how to properly maintain HVAC systems to grow the next generation technician from within the family. The whole team is trained on providing excellent customer service and enforcing the affordable pricing policy which treats everyone as family and friends.Heating and cooling are luxuries that you should never have to live without, and we don’t believe in charging you a fortune to get these essential systems back up and running.
Challenge
Johnnie Beasley was operating the business on a dedicated cell phone number which was used strictly for Beasley Legacy Heating and Air. This cell phone was the main number for the business and was being monitored 24/7/365. The cell phone was often handed off to the manager on duty or the technician that was currently on call to accept the evening and weekend emergency service requests. Meetings at local restaurants or parking lots to swap the cell phone were a frequent occurrence.
Solution
We met with Johnnie Beasley with Beasley Legacy Heating and Air and discussed the current way phone calls were answered and managed. We made the decision to port the business cell phone number into our systems. We then installed our mobile application onto all management and technicians mobile devices which enables everyone to answer the telephone calls if needed. All users can now make and receive calls from the main business phone number. We can control calls 24/7/365 and route callers to on-call technicians for emergency service. A Polycom deskphone was also installed at Johnnie’s desk so he can manage the office, using high definition voice.
